Bookings/Cancellations

Appointments broken without cancellation deprive another person of a treatment.

We take credit card or Gift Voucher numbers for all bookings as 24 hrs notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Inside 24hrs or same day bookings are confirmed at time of booking. If you cancel or "no show", 100% of your treatment fee will be charged to your credit card or Gift Voucher.
